Damian Zbrojewski

Solicitor

He primarily specializes in providing legal advice for entrepreneurs, with particular emphasis on all issues regarding partnerships and commercial companies, industrial property law, public procurement law and personal data protection. He also deals with division of property, civil aspect of damages, liability law as well as labor and social security law.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź in 2016. He defended his master’s thesis entitled ‘The right to defense in enforcement proceedings’ in the Chair of International Criminal Law. He has been awarded many times with congratulatory letters from the Rector of the University of Łódź for his academic achievements. During his studies he completed an internship at the Student Legal Information Center – Law Clinic. He is a co-author of a scientific monograph on criminal procedural law.

He is distinguished by his ability to strive to achieve the set goal regardless of difficulties that arise on the way and his ability to properly apply persuasion.

He has been working with Przemysław Nowakowski Law Firm since August 2015 – first as intern, then as assistant lawyer and from January 2017 – as a solicitor apprentice. He speaks English at B2 level.

He devotes his free time to exploring theories on the creation of the universe and the history of wars. He has passion for mountain trips on the Tatra trails , Counter Strike Global Offensive and TV series Friends.
