Rafał Tarsalewski

In the Law Firm he is responsible for the cases related to public procurement law, business law and services for entrepreneurs. He also specializes in compensation cases. He represents Clients in court and administrative proceedings as well as in proceedings before the National Board of Appeal. He also supports Clients in solving current legal problems related to their activities and provides advise in the scope of public procurement procedures. He also provides assistance in the scope of personal data protection, acting as a personal data protection inspector.

He has extensive litigation experience, including compensation proceedings. He has represented our Clients in several thousand court cases and regularly appears before the National Board of Appeal. He has handled cases and advised Clients in the renewable energy, commercial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and food sectors.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Łódź. He also participated in training sessions in the scope of negotiations, conducting disputes and rhetoric. In the past, he was laureate and finalist in nationwide legal competitions.
